The university is an integral part of the city of Utrecht. But how well do you actually know this city? To join the celebrations of the city’s 900th anniversary, DUB has prepared a quiz about it. What do you know about the places you walk past every day? And what’s your knowledge about the most important historical events that took place here? Send your answers by e-mail to DUB before August 22 to get a chance at climbing the Dom tower for free. The runners-up will get Dom-shaped candles.

Did you enjoy taking this quiz about Utrecht? If you speak Dutch, perhaps you’d like to participate in the De Groate Utreg Quiz, the quiz the municipality is organising in celebration of the city’s 900th anniversary. The organisers are looking for 180 teams of five people (so there will be 900 participants) to participate in the preliminary rounds. Ten of these teams will make it to the final. You can register as a group, but also individually. If you do it individually, they will place you in a group of five people.
