Who was the wizard in the Library?

The University Library was filled to the brim this Monday during Pentecost, when suddenly students were startled by the presence of a man in wizard’s clothes, complete with pointy hat and wand. He stood on the fifth floor balcony and yelled loudly at anyone who wanted to pass: ‘You shall not pass’ – a reference to Gandalf, the wizard from the book Lord of the Rings by Tolkien.

At some point, the man was escorted out by security, after which all returned to normal in the library. The man turned out to be a theater student who’d received the assignment to ‘be somewhere very conspicuously’. He let himself be escorted out without causing more trouble, with the motto: ‘mission accomplished’.
