Sheila Zadeh is one of the 16 finalists of the Miss Beauty pageant of the province of Utrecht, which will happen later this month. She passed a preliminary round of more than 100 candidates. The winner will represent Utrecht at the Miss Netherlands pageant. DUB sat with the law student for a video portrait.
