The school for primary and secondary education will be located at Cambridgelaan, on half of a pasture that is still owned by educational farm De Tolakker. There will be room for 1200 students at the school. There will be a gymnasium, a daycare center and after-school care in the building as well. Beneath the building there will be parking spaces for the staff, a bicycle shed, and at the entrance on the Cambridgelaan there will be a kiss & ride zone; students and their parents are encouraged to come by bicycle or public transport as much as possible.

Out of the various designs that of Team SVP and Cross Architecture won. The building will have different floors. On the street side, the walls extend to the top floor. The building has a large entrance on the corner. The rear of the building is terraced, and every terrace has greenery. The building partially encloses the outside space where there is room for a greenhouse. This connects the playroom to the pasture.

Although the design now looks signed and sealed, the zoning plan still needs to be altered. Currently, the area has an ecological purpose. Flora and fauna are not completely forgotten. For example, the school design must include breeding grounds for bats. It is also examined to what extent the sports facilities can be combined with the needs of students. It could be possible that the school's sports field can be used for the sports center Olympos in the evenings. The International School Utrecht opened its doors around seven years ago on the Noteboomlaan in Utrecht. UU had campaigned for such a school in the municipality. The school grew so fast that it had to move. The internationals are now on the Van Bijnkershoeklaan in Kanaleneiland, but the school is outgrowing this location as well. The university has again pushed for the school's arrival at the Utrecht Science Park. According to UU, an international school in the area makes it attractive for internationals to come to Utrecht.
