Humanities lectures to be moved to Dom Square

Humanities students will attend lectures at Dom Square for the next two years. A room in a building owned by the municipality will accommodate 150 students.

Part of the lectures of the Faculty of Humanities will be ministered at Domplein 4, a building that used to house the Utrecht Centre for the Arts and other institutions, at the beginning of February. The lectures will take place at Marnixzaal, a room that is being converted into a lecture hall (link only accessible to those with a Solis ID, Ed.).

The move was necessary because UU's building at Drift 21 is being renovated. Students will not be able to attend lectures there before 2027 (link only accessible to those with a Solis ID, Ed.).
