It's getting colder and colder outside. For the students living at Casa Confetti, that's even more annoying because the temperature is dropping inside their apartments as well. The building's heating system hasn't been working for three weeks, which means that residents are having to make do with extra layers of thermal clothing and an electric heater – if the power doesn't go out, that is. Student housing provider SSH announced on December 8 that the heating will gradually be started up from this week on.
