Two such lists are circulating in Utrecht. The first one was made by members of the fraternity Utrechtsch Studenten Corps (USC). The author of the second one is still unknown. The lists contain names, contact details, photos and videos of women studying in Utrecht, accompanied by sexist comments.

Last weekend, public broadcaster NOS reported that 'slut lists' are now circulating on certain Telegram channels, which have hundreds of followers. It is not known whether these lists are the ones mentioned above or if they are new lists made after the scandal. The compilers of the second list threatened to make more lists if the "witch hunt" against the students who made the first one wouldn't stop.

The women mentioned in these documents are profoundly affected by the incident. They got incessant calls from strangers, for example.

USC has distanced itself from the lists, condemning the distribution of the document. Several members of the fraternity have been suspended for up to 1.5 years. The fraternity has also announced that members who keep on distributing the lists will be punished too.

But it looks like the threats didn't work as the lists are now circulating via Telegram. Knowledge centre Off Limits finds that Telegram should delete the channels still sharing the list, which is why they have taken action against the platform alongside the victims' lawyer.

Telegram hasn't responded yet. A request has been made to the Public Prosecution Service to force the platform to delete the channels involved.
