Come experience aikido in our dojo! On the 2nd of October we will organise our yearly open day!
Aikido (合気道) is a modern Japanese martial art which teaches you to redirect the opponent’s attack into various types of throws and locks. You learn to the unify your body and mind in order to (re)connect with yourself and to connect with everybody and everything around. It is a way to find harmony and avoid stress in your life.
There will be three trainings to choose from:
10:00 - 11:00 adults
11:30 - 12:30 adults
13:00 - 14:00 kids
Every training will include demonstrations, aikido practice, weapon practice and time for questions. Morning sessions are primarily meant for adults, the afternoon session for children and their parents. Teaching will be done in Dutch and English.
COVID19-measures
We follow the protocols set up by the RIVM. We ask you to keep our dojo safe and to stay home in case of doubt and after close contact with an infected person. Send us an e-mail and you are welcome to join any other training later.
