Wednesday the 1th of June, theatre group BLOCK 8 is performing the play "1st of June".

A group of 8 international students spent 3 months researching the question "what is the importance, place and meaning of art? Not just in Holland, but also the rest of the world.

 

In this performance the students react on the cut backs on the financing for art and cultural projects. "1st of June" is an international demonstration on stage.
