Crux-Utrecht, the network of Christian scientists at the UU and UMC, organises its second meeting on Monday 23 November, 12.30-1.30 pm in the Utrecht Medical Centre, Vredenburgzaal. Prof. dr. Dick den Hertog (Tilburg University) will speak on the theme ‘God on Campus!’He will describe the important role Christian faith played with respect to the origin of modern science and universities. He will argue that it is a pity that nowadays at the universities there is almost no room to discuss the hardest, but highly relevant questions in life. Finally, he will discuss how Christian scholars can become a blessing at the university. There will be plenty of time for discussion afterwards.
